Actually it translate to your preference target language but not cht exactly.
Step:
1. drag below link to Chrome bookmark. (those links are embedded javascript)
2. when visit english or other language page just click on the bookmark created in step1. the selected text/page will be translated.
Selected text to cht
Translate to cht for current page.
Translate to cht by popup fashion.
